I realize now that it is not about weight loss! All these years, I have been
measuring food and counting calories. I have had a destructive pattern of
losing and gaining and losing and gaining over and over again. You have taught
me about changing my thoughts and interrupting patterns that work against
me. I know almost every suggestion by heart! I guess I have "Put my mind
to it and done it right." Thank you for helping me.. Looking good and feeling

Hi Pearlan,
I am definitely seeing a change in my attitude. I was getting pretty down
about my looks. I feel more empowered (as you say) and in charge of ME. Who
better? Your CD relaxes me at night so I am sleeping better. Though I do
not use the DVD as much as I could, I have it playing on my computer at work
with the volume turned up. So, I am getting the audio messages without the
hypnotic part. Awesome. See me on the beach for the first time in a long
time. I will be walking away from all that is no longer good for me.

I have the DVD playing on my surround sound at home as I use my BowFlex.
I see what you mean about having the right information to focus on as I zone.
You are on to something. I listen to my CD and interchange it with the others
you have made for me. The themes are "Slam dunking" like you said they would.
You know the saying, "I got you under my skin?" Well, I got you in my head!
I agree with the others that you need to make a CD just with the messages
so I can play it in my car. Let me know when it will be ready. More classes,
please.

Hi Pearlan,
This is way overdue. The CD/DVD combination is working. Now that I am not
working, I have set aside a set time every day to watch the DVD while I exercise
on my bike. I am feeling more energized and positive about exercising. I
have listened to you say, "Every movement is an exercise movement" When I
pull, push, stretch, bend or tighten and release I feel the movement! (How's
that for the effect you have had on me!!!!! I am a quick learner.

P.S. I have lost 14 pounds and have kept it off so far. I know this is a
"life sentence" Boy! I can quote you, now.

Are you ready for this. I quite my job. I am feeling more secure than I have
ever felt before. I am listening to the CD daily and the DVD as often as
I can. I started cleaning out my clutter and am now ready to lose the weight
permanently. Talk about feeling the difference. I AM THE DIFFERENCE.

Pearlan,
i have to admit that I haven't been listening to the CD as faithfully as
I could ---but when i do listen to it, i feel like i will conquer my issues.
The positive suggestions help 100%. ---- i'm more aware of what I choose
to eat and i'm definitely exercising more.

For those who know me, I believe in being active to achieve and maintain my health. I am at the gym daily. That's why I joined Wendy's WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS GROUP on www. ourhypnospace.com. Now I begin to think about what we as HYPNOTISTS can offer our clients and each other as "food for thought" as we achieve our ideal in body weight and shape. I think about my exercise routine. BINGO...
Here's a thought: As a Hypnotist, it boggles my mind that the TVs. in most gyms are "POSITIONED TO VIEW" as we engage in repetitive exercise that sends us into a self-hypnotic trance- like the runners high. Now, most people are not selective about what they watch at these moments of exercise; after all we are there to exercise not watch TV So, in these moments, we are exposed to everything from food programs, to surgeries, to stories of the loved loss, to war, crime and fatalities. "SLAM-DUNK. What were they thinking?" Open mind -insert all the wrong food for thought. If people are watching TV as they exercise, they need to think twice because they are unknowingly exposing their (tranced) minds, to information that is possibly fatting for the body, toxic for the mind and anxiety provoking for the spirit.
Now comes the need to reduce the cortisol levels and eliminate the stress from what has entered the mind during this rigorous work-out. As I tell my clients, there are only two ways I know to do that ... EAT or EXERCISE. So, hopefully, they go back to the gym once again- TVs on!
A vicious cycle. My message for exercising ... Turn on the exercise ... Turn off the TV (unless of course you have the MENTAL TRAINING FOR EFFECTIVE EXERCISE & WEIGHT CONTROL PROGRAM. Then use it ... slam-dunking positive, affirming, supportive messages about health and WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS. All things possible!
